Reviews and Ratings
Staying at Eurostars for two nights was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a perfect view of the sea and had lovely, very comfortable beds, but the lack of noise insulation for its location was a downside. The service by the onsite staff was really helpful and kind, with extremely friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. However, the location was not up to par for a 4-star hotel, situated across from the port with run-down industrial warehouses around. The dining experience left something to be desired with limited and busy options. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel did have some positive highlights.
I had a pleasant experience at the hotel, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, there was a slight smoking odor in the room. The port view from the suite was beautiful, but there was a noticeable toilet piping smell.
The hotel room could have been a bit cleaner by 4 p.m., but once we opened the windows, it felt so spacious and comfortable that we wished we could have stayed more nights. The service was very nice all the time, accommodating our needs without hesitation. The location wasn't the most attractive, but it was only a short walk to the old town. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices, though the shower control could have been better quality.
The hotel offers spacious and nicely decorated rooms, though the lack of a shower curtain in the handicapped bathroom caused a minor inconvenience. The service was exceptional with a filling breakfast and friendly staff. Location in the port area was a mixed bag due to proximity to the red light district. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a variety of choices. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a good size and nice and clean, with breakfast included, but there was a noticeable toilet piping smell in the bathroom. The service was a bit immature and not as friendly as I expected, but they did allocate us the appropriate room, and the location offered a nice view over the harbor area. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had some issues with dents and scrapped paint that I didn't expect here, but they were spacious and had a convenient walk-in shower facility. However, having a window looking into the bathroom with blinds that didn't close fully was a bit odd.
